I am handwoven in Ghana, by the people of Bolgatanga. I am an ethically sourced and environmentally friendly product. If you purchase me you should know, that you empower the talented artisans in Africa, support sustainable development and preserve traditional craft skills.
If you fill me with a nice blanket, or with a nest I build a very cozy bed for a baby. Practical to move around the whole house or apartment to always be close to your sleeping newborn.
In case you got questions about me regarding the use with a baby, don’t hesitate to ask the Lilla Souk girls, they have comforted their own babies in these baskets.

Please note that the fixed double handle is not designed to carry a baby’s weight. These handmade products may have characteristic blemishes that reflect the imperfections of human endeavor and add to their unique authenticity. Baskets might be shipped „flat packed“ to conserve volume and freight costs. Reshaping them simply requires you to wet he baskets, push them back into shape with your hands and let them dry.
